Blaise attended Ritz Escoffier Paris culinary school and earned several culinary certificates in French cooking & baking. He was France’s Youngest Hôtelier in 1992 at the helm of Castex Hotel. Blaise will cook a delicious French dinner meal* for your guests in your kitchen. He will also set the table, make custom flower arrangments, serve and do the clean up afterwards.
